Can't tell you how much of a joy it was doing busy with these people. They were honest and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the experience. There were pleasant to talk to on the phone. Even gave me a price on the phone when I went in they remembered and stuck with the deal they quoted over the phone even though I purchased a week later. Set was great they want to put it exactly where we wanted even though we didn't think exact placement. Explained doing chemicals and testing. The even the put it in when I turned on the tub for the first time there was an error I called the service guy after 6 and he walked me through fixing the issue it was so simple

The guys who came to deliver the hot tub were great. The tech (Sebastian) was friendly and said not to worry we will have this down and ready for you to add the water in about 30 minutes. Jim was great! Never felt pressure during the sale and he was very transparent and helpful. Sebastian did an amazing job with the install and setup. Very happy with my purchase and will go to them in the future for all my hot tub needs.
